Vaultek has designed special proprietary material for the LifePod 2.0. This material is lightweight but was engineered for superior strength for the best in security protection. The dual side compression latches are combined with an interior rubber gasket that seals off the interior from environmental factors including water and dust. The LifePod 2.0 is water-resistant and is submersible in 3 feet of water for up to 30 minutes, airtight, dustproof, and will float.

From day one when a small group of seasoned engineers and entrepreneurs decided to launch the VAULTEK the goal has been unwavering: We must design and build the highest quality product providing true value to our customers and make a real contribution to the community. For our first product line, the VT20i and VT20, we spent month after month researching the safe market.
We read thousands of product reviews and comments from real users about what they like and what they don’t like regarding current safes in the market.
We tested more than a dozen engineering and industrial designs before we settled on the one that best accommodated the quality, performance, styling, and cost that best represented our mission. We spent more than 9 months building, testing and refining prototypes before moving into a pilot production run.
We spent three months working with our manufacturing partner to carefully train workers, set up quality control plans at each step of the manufacturing process, and implement a production line that maintained high precision.
As the result of these huge efforts, we are proud to present our first product line that not only offers the best performance and design, but built to the highest standard.
