This service provides a Freight Carrier Delivery Appointment (basic delivery service does not include this) plus delivery into "Threshold" of ground level garage. Please ensure when purchasing this service, that you provide us with your “Best Phone Number and Email Address” that you monitor closely. If you miss a call or otherwise from the carrier, it’s your responsibility to contact the carrier with shipment tracking information to schedule delivery. Please ensure full access to threshold of garage is clear of vehicles and other obstructions before carrier arrives, otherwise, delivery will be set to driveway. This service does not include beyond threshold of garage, nor removal of debris or packaging.
